The Highway 108 FireSafe Council will be hosting a community meeting to provide an update and seek input for a new Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP). This new plan will cover a northern portion of Tuolumne County including areas surrounding the Highway 108 corridor from O’Byrnes Ferry Road and east to Strawberry. The CalFire Twain Harte Battalion response area and portions of the US Forest Service Mi-Wok and Summit Ranger Districts make up the geographic planning area.
Interested members of the public are encouraged to attend. Your review and input is needed.
Please help spread the word. Thank you.
Larry Crabtree, Chief, Mi Wuk Sugar Pine Fire Protection District
