HEY........Today is Spaghetti Dinner Day! (in a normal year)

As I sit at my kitchen counter in Boise, Idaho, reading my emails, I’ve come upon two from Russ’s co-chefs for the Annual Spaghetti Dinner.  It’s actually making my heart quite sad for two reasons:

  • We aren’t there to be putting it all together right now and
  • Covid-19 wouldn’t let it happen anyway.

Those were the days and being a part of the Spaghetti Dinner, although it made for a l-o-n-g day (and week), was fun and was such a COMMUNITY EFFORT.  Thank you again to all the Fire Auxiliary Members and fire fighters and our wonderful community of diners.

If you have a great memories of the event please leave them in a comment section so we can all have a smile and a small walk down memory lane.
