M.A.H.A. Semi-Annual Meeting This Coming Saturday, September 10th

It would help if you knew where the meeting will be!  Mi Wuk Library and Community Center on Sierra Park Drive.

The following is from Chuck Wagner, MAHA Board President:

Attention Mi Wuk Village homeowners only.  During the M.A.H.A. annual meeting this Saturday, September 10th at 10 AM, we will have two speakers:

  • Chief Crabtree from the Mi Wuk Sugar Pine Fire Station
  • Ethan Billigmeier with the County’s Office of Emergency Services. He will be speaking on the tree mortality program and the progress being made in Mi Wuk Village only.  For those who live out of the area and cannot make the meeting it may be helpful to go to the County’s website at http://www.tuolumnecounty.ca.gov/.  Click on “service request” and then “tree mortality” on the left side of the screen.

From Blythe:  I hope to see as many homeowners as possible at the meeting.  What a perfect time to get more information on our tree mortality issues and to ask questions.

PS.  We’ll be serving coffee and some sweet refreshments!

See you on Saturday………..

Our cabin is 24126 Piapu, we overlook the now fenced in medow, we come up at least three long weekends a month, our home is in Turlock Calif. I would appreciate any or all updates that effect Mi Wuk Village. We have had our cabin for about 12 years.
We do have two large pine trees on our property that are dead but to date have not been marked for removal, I have signed the official right to come on our property for the Toulumne county but I’m being told that PG&E has a form that needs to be signed also, but have not been able to get my hands on a PG&E form.

Bob, if you’re in town this coming weekend, the 10th, I highly suggest you come to the library to the MAHA semi-annual meeting. Ethan Billigmeier is from the county OES and is sure to know something more current than my latest information. If you can’t make the meeting, check this blog because I’ll definitely be reporting on all that’s said. I’ll do my best to find out how to get ahold of PG&E for getting that form. It would be great if a rep was at the meeting but I have definitely not heard that that is the case. I do know that the next “round” of marking the trees will be starting later in September and into October. ~Blythe
