When I looked outside this morning I saw the snow covered trees swaying left and right. There’s quite a wind out there. And the leafless deciduous trees look like snow covered skeletons. If you’re a photographer with a good camera and a good eye this morning (Wednesday) it’s your day! Beautiful. Gray sky but beautiful.

As I was driving home yesterday afternoon in fresh falling snow–east end of Twain Harte on Hwy 108–the roads were slushy and extremely slippery. I mention this as a caution for road conditions today as well. I won’t be venturing out.
Chain control on Hwy 108 this morning is still at the east end of Twain Harte.
Out our great room window this morning:

My husband Russ and I have been full time Mi Wuk residents since 2003 and part time residents since 1987.
Reality says that it's time to move on though and we'll be moving to Boise, Idaho at the end of 2019.
I've been on the MAHA board for 'a long time' and am happy to be there so I can know what's going on in our community.
I've also been on the MWSP Fire Protection District Fire Board since 2016 (or was it 2015?). You can always reach me at email@example.com .
