The Winter Weather Advisory issued for the Sierra Nevada above 3,000 feet has been extended until noon today.
According to the National Weather Service, an additional one to two inches of snow accumulation is expected.
Winds of five to fifteen mph will continue with gusts up to twenty-five mph.

CHAINS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL VEHICLES EXCEPT 4-WHEEL-DRIVE VEHICLES WITH SNOW TIRES ON ALL 4 WHEELS FROM 5 MI WEST OF LONG BARN TO 7.2 MI EAST OF STRAWBERRY (TUOLUMNE CO)

YES, we finally got some s-n-o-w all day yesterday and overnight. A few more inches are a possibility this morning. Woohoo! It sure is wonderful to look outside and see the white fluffiness of the snow for the first time since November 2014.Leave a comment
